An innovation that saves valuable time and money: The TRACOE smart Cuffmanager maintains the pressure in low-pressure cuffs between 20 and 30 cm H₂O and sets new standards for patient safety. The risk of cuff pressure fluctuations and pressure peaks when using a tracheostomy tubeor an endotracheal tube is reduced. This reduces complications that could previously occur, for example, due to aspiration. The simple application and the visual control of the cuff pressure relieve the nursing staff in their daily routine.
The handheld manometers, the TRACOE cuff pressure monitor (cpm) and the TRACOE cuff pressure monitor sensitive (cpms), are used for accurate pressure control and for the filling of high-volume low-pressure cuffs of tracheostomy tubes and endotracheal tubes. The cpms can also be used to bleed the air. They are characterized by their clear scales, easy and quick measurement and a green marked field showing the normal pressure range. A separately available connecting tube with Luer lock connection can be connected additionally.
The TRACOE high pressure inflation device is recommended for performing balloon dilatation procedures, for example, with the TRACOE aeris Balloon Dilatation Catheter for the treatment of laryngotracheal stenoses, for filling and deflating the balloon and for monitoring the pressure in the dilatation balloon. The one-part disposable instrument may only be used with liquid inflation media.
The tracheostomy tube TRACOE twist with low-pressure cuff (REF 301) and inner cannula system - one of our best-selling tracheostomy tubes e.g. for ventilation. The low-pressure cuff provides a seal of the upper airway from the lower for efficient ventilation and a seal of the lower airway to protect against microaspiration.
The TRACOE aeris Balloon Dilatation Catheter is intended for dilating airway strictures. Minimally invasive balloon dilatation is an efficient, atraumatic treatment method for soft stenoses.
